Association of autologous punch grafting, TLC-NOSF dressing and multitype compression therapy to rapidly achieve wound closure in hard-to-heal venous leg ulcers 29 November, 2020
CONCLUSIONS: The evaluated procedure induced fast re-epithelisation of the treated ulcers. Based on our experience, this simple and successful reparative strategy may be considered as an interesting option in the treatment of venous leg ulcers of poor prognosis.

Early and Sequential Punch Grafting in the Spectrum of Arteriolopathy Ulcers in the Elderly 9 November, 2020
CONCLUSIONS: Early punch grafting is an effective technique for pain control and healing promotion in Martorell ulcers. Punch grafting, which may be performed in an outpatient setting, is well tolerated by patients and may be repeated several times if necessary.
